Food vs. Exercise

I don't use food necessarily to medicate my anxiety, but I do use it to hide the way I feel. I also use it to celebrate and to comfort. I never use it just to nourish and feed my body.
I also don't exercise. It's not just that I hate to sweat or to be sore the next day; I hate how self-conscious I am when I move and how scared I am other people are looking at me. I was ridiculed so much growing up that I don't know how to move past those painful memories.
The reality is I have to find a way to move past my history with food and establish my future with exercise. Here we go.
